RIZ TRANSMITTERS OR 5 K-01/A

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

5/10 kW SW BROADCASTING / COMMUNICATION TRANSMITTER TYPE RIZ OR 5 K-01/A

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND USES

photo RIZ Transmitters OR 5 K-01/A 5/10 kW Short Wave Broadcasting / Communication Transmitter type OR 5 K-01/A is a member of the RIZ's new generation of automatic tunable, amplitude modulated transmitter, capable to operate at any frequency within the SW band between 1.6 and 30 MHz.

The low noise, fast setting synthesizer permits frequency changes in as little as 10 ms, yet provides 10 Hz frequency resolution throughout the band.

Modes of operation include USB, LSB, ISB (2 channel), AM, CW and DATA.
FSK, FAX, ARQ, and FEC are available with optional external modems.

This transmitter, as all other RIZ's transmitters, is designed in accordance with the German ARD standards and CCIR recommendations for this type of service.

FEATURES

OR 5 K-01/A, is one of the new generation SW Broadcasting / Communication Transmitters, having the following major characteristics:

* operation at any frequency between 1.6 and 30 MHz

* automatic tuning

* up-to-date technology

* quick and simpe installation

* easy front and rear access

* minimised exploitation and maintenance costs

* reliable operation in extreme climatic and environmental conditions

* possibility of remote control and unattended operation.
